Welcome to the Seven Towers website
Our mission is
Connecting people to God and one another through the transforming love of Jesus Christ
Situated between Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham we are a group of six parishes (with seven churches) bounded by the River Severn and the M5.
Our benefice family is made up of all ages, backgrounds and situations in life. Everyone is valued for who they are and encouraged to use the gifts and talents they have. We do lots of things together and with our communities. We have a vision to do still more things, to do what we already do better and to move forward in faith as one benefice.
There are home groups, men’s and women’s breakfast groups, Messy Church, a Local Ministry Team and a range of other benefice initiatives. A strong interest in the local and global community, and for mission, is lived out through imaginative projects and active involvement with local and international groups through whom we can demonstrate our faith in action.
Each year we select a Bible verse to encourage us. For 2018 we have chosen two verses, 1 John 4.11 and Hebrews 10 24-25
‘Dear Friends, since God so loved us we also ought to love one another …. and let us consider how we may spur one another towards love and good deeds encouraging one another ….’
In our benefice everyone is welcome and every individual counts.
