We value …
the sense of belonging to Christ’s church and the sharing relationships we have within it.
Our vision is …
to encourage this sense of belonging to the Christian family and to deepen existing relationships and make new ones.
Life is meant to be shared. We are all created for community, fashioned for fellowship and formed for a family and none of us can fulfil God’s purposes by ourselves. That’s why it’s great to come together across our communities!
Now is a wonderful opportunity to build on the established initiatives in the benefice. So, for example, we have started training people interested in pastoral care and visiting the housebound, elderly, lonely, or bereaved. We have also started a ‘Friendly Friday’ drop in once a month, a meet up for young and old.
Together we can better care and support one another.
