Our church life is not limited simply to Sundays and our Morning Prayer gatherings each Tuesday!

There are a number of groups that regularly meet across the benefice. They include:

Breakfasts On the first Saturday of each month men’s and women’s breakfasts are held (8.30am – 10.00am). Venues vary from month to month moving from one home to another. Locations and booking details are listed on our What’s On diary.

Family Fun Opportunities for families of all ages to come along and enjoy seasonal activities: crafts, walking trails, story, food. Meet in churches / farms/ village halls around the Benefice.

Home Groups  Three home groups (including evening and day time) regularly meet across the benefice, some started as a result of our Alpha course. They all provide an opportunity to meet together and firm up friendships, and to learn and discuss together every aspect of our Christian faith. For more information, please contact Rev Philippa.

Lent Course: Each year we run a Lent course. In 2025 we studied the ‘Lectio Course’ together exploring how to hear God in scripture and how we make sense of the Bible – all helping us live in the light of God’s word in our everyday lives. This year, we will be following a course based on the film ‘The King’s Speech’. Details in our What’s On diary.

Prayer Gathering We meet at Norton Church every second Friday of the month at 7pm to spend a while praying. Everyone welcome. Find us in the churchyard if the sun is out! Click here.
