Pictured above are some of the boxes we put together in a past year! Can we do better in 2026?

We are again inviting everyone to contribute to our collection for the annual Christmas Shoe Box appeal. It would be really wonderful if you could contribute to this year’s effort!

As always, this a great way to bless children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, personal care items, school supplies and fun gifts.

We will be gathering our boxes together on the second and third Sundays in November so that we can deliver the boxes to our local collection point on 16th November. If you can’t bring your boxes to one of those services, call 07774 803177 and we will collect from you!

This year, it is most likely that our boxes will be given to children in Africa (last year it was Eastern Europe). If you can’t make up a box yourself, maybe you could consider donating money for a box and to help with shipping costs? Simply pay money into the Benefice account or hand a gift in on a Sunday service with the reference ‘Shoebox’.

It is important that we give our very best so that we are sending parcels of joy! With this in mind, please click here to find out about what to put in your box (Some of the rules are different to last year).

Please be sure to adhere to the rules so that the shipments go smoothly …… this is what the instructions say:

Our boxes are sent out by www.samaritans-purse.org.uk

If you have any questions or would like more details, call 07774 803177.

THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!
